【摘要】:Blastresistantdoorsaredesignedtoprotectagainsttheproblemsanddangerscreatedbyaplannedoraccidentalexplosionorpressureleak.Thistestmethodwillprovidereasonableassurancetothespecifierofthereliabilityofadoor''sstructure,therestraininghardware,theframe,andtheframeanchorswhenusedinablastresistantapplication.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthestructuralperformanceofmetaldoorsandframesandtheirrestraininghardware(suchaslatchesandhinges)usedasablastresistantbarrier.Thismethodinvolvesapplyinganequivalentstaticpressurebasedonthecharacteristicsofthespecifiedblastpressureandstructuralpropertiesofthedoorpaneldesign.1.2Thestatictestsarevalidfortheunitsizetestedorforsmallerunitsofanalogousconstruction.Extrapolationoftestresultsforunitslargerthanthetestspecimenarenotpermitted.1.3Thisstandardtestmethodisnotapplicabletotestswheretheforcesarecreatedbyexplosivecharges,forcedairfromashocktubeapparatus,oranyothermethodusedtogenerateadynamicload.1.4Theproperuseofthismethodrequiresknowledgeoftheprinciplesofpressure,deflection,andwhenapplicable,straingaugemeasurement.1.5Usingthismethod,specimensmaybetestedtodetermineultimatestaticcapacityortestedtospecificstatictestloads.1.5.1ProcedureAshallbeusedwhenaload-deflectioncurveisnotrequiredandasingleloadisapplied.1.5.2ProcedureBshallbeusedwhenaload-deflectioncurveisrequiredandasingleormultipleloadsareapplied.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesprovidedinparenthesisareforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
