【摘要】:ThispartofISO21003specifiesthecharacteristicsforthefitnessforpurposeofmultilayerpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallationsinsidebuildingsfortheconveyanceofwater--whetherornotthewaterisintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)orforheatingsystems--underspecifieddesignpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication(seeTable1ofISO21003:2008).ItalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO21003.ISO21003isareferenceproductstandard.Itisapplicabletomultilayerpipes,fittings,theirjoints,andalsotojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallations.ThispartofISO21003isintendedforuseonlyinconjunctionwithalltheotherpartsofISO21003.ISO21003coversarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses)anddesignpressures.Itisnotapplicableforvaluesofdesigntemperature,TD,maximumdesigntemperature,/'max,andmalfunctiontemperature,TmaI,inexcessofthoseinTable1ofISO21003-1:2008.NOTE1Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.Thepolymericmaterialsusedforthestress-designedlayersarethefollowing:polybutylene(PB),polyethyleneofraisedtemperatureresistance(PE-RT),crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X),polypropylene(PP)andchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C).ThePE-Xusedshallbefullycrosslinkedandshallcomplywiththerequirementsoftherelevantreferenceproductstandard(ISO15875).NOTE2ForthepurposesofthisISO21003,crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X)aswellasadhesivesareconsideredasthermoplasticmaterials.
