【摘要】:ThispartofISO14680isoneofaseriesofstandardsdealingwiththesamplingandtestingofpaints,varnishesandrelatedproducts.Itspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthepigmentcontentofpaintsinwhichthesolidsaresedimentedbycentrifugation.Itisprimarilyintendedforcheckingthecompositionduringtheproductionofcoatingmaterialsandasanacceptancecheckforthecoatingmaterialuser.Difficultiesmaybeencounteredwhenthemethodisappliedtocoatingmaterialscontainingdyestuffs,carbonblack,veryfinelydividedsilicondioxideorveryfinelydividedtitaniumdioxide.Itmaynotbesuitableforemulsionpaints.Thepigmentcontentofcoatingmaterialscanalsobedeterminedbyanashingmethod(seeISO14680-2)orbyafiltrationmethod(seeISO14680-3).
